Hiking Time: Approximately 3-4 hours
Drive approximately one and half-hours to the National Park forest edge.

and at least signs of elephant on your walk to camp.
Day

Hiking Time: 6 Hours
Taking our time walking through the forest will help us spot some of the

differences that characterize these separate equatorial zones.

spectacular view of our final ascent up the Western Breach.
Day
7, January 25-ARROW GLACIER-Altitude 15,300 feet

With the Western Breach ascent route in full view, we will spend a few
hours climbing to the base of the route, making camp at 15,700 feet near
Arrow Glacier. Before relaxing in camp, we will take an afternoon hike
farther up the route; this will help our acclimatization and improve our
performance the following day.
Day
8, January 26-SUMMIT CRATER CAMP-Altitude 18,500 feet
Hiking Time: 6-9 Hours
We will wind our way up the Western Breach, a non-technical climbing route
